You will prompted to select the programs you wish to share. In this example, Adobe Flash was selected.
Click Present.

What Do You See? Lync may warn you that the current presenter's content will stop and your content will be shared, instead.

Click OK. Keep going...

Lync-> Conversation->Share->Program
